We are a proud and determined nation which was proven in the records we broke during the course of the Olympics.
Perhaps one of the most epic days of the 2 weeks was yesterday, Feb 28th. It’s when we refused to give up gold in our most valued sport – Hockey. Although our southern neighbours were on a determined mission to claim revenge for us taking gold on their home turf in Utah, we still showed them that it is truly OUR game!
Let’s just say I couldn’t be more proud to be a Canadian and the whole Olympic experience in Vancity was truly a once in a lifetime event.

The men’s Olympic hockey gold medal game is tomorrow and the entire nation (except for the protestors) is cheering for Luongo to have an amazing game….and he will.
